Tuition and Registration 

Tuition credit can be transferred to anyone and are valid for 6 months with a transfer fee of $50.

 

Payment Methods 

Tuition fees are processed through credit /debit cards, paypal, or bank account Autopay. In case your payment information has changed, please inform us as soon as possible. 

 

Tardy Arrival 

WePlay Music Online is not responsible for the loss of time should the student sign on late to his/her lesson. 

 

Teacher’s Absences 

In the event of a teacher’s absence, the student will receive the full lesson or lost time may be transferred to a later lesson.

Student Absence and Make-Up Lessons 

In the event of any student absence, please inform the online counselors at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Withdrawal Policy

Student enrollment is continuous. To discontinue enrollment, WePlay Music Online needs to be notified 30 days prior to the last scheduled lesson of your current payment plan by submitting a formal notice to the lesson counselors.

 

Release 

Any photographs, audio or videos of students or families during the online lesson, classes or events may be used in promotional publications, website or press releases.  

 

Solicitation and Teachers

Seeking private instruction or soliciting WePlay Music Online teachers is strictly prohibited and will result in $750 penalty.
